Large Shan Backpack
This bag is crafted from canvas and TPU coating, a medical-grade material known for its durability, dirt, water and oil resistance, environmental friendliness, recyclability, and excellent elasticity. If the bag becomes stained, wipe the stain gently with a wet tissue to maintain its original appearance.
Drawing inspiration from the book satchels of wandering monks, we craft the lightweight yet textured bag body. The hardware buckle is modeled after book clasps, utilizing a jewelry-grade vacuum-electroplated manufacturing process that imparts a vintage feel. The buckles open and close in a second, offering convenience and security, and are engraved with patterns expressing Songmont’s natural philosophy.
The Large Shan Backpack is a convertible, multi-functional bag that is comfortable, sturdy, and lightweight. Featuring a spacious interior, it has a compartment that fits up to a 16″ MacBook. Additionally, magnetic side pockets and a rear slit pocket can hold carry-on items, and a handle strap at the back enables secure attachment to a trolley case.
